Refund policy

We have an easy refund policy for boutique owners as long as you reach us within three business days of receiving the products 

To receive authorization please email anna.buywholesaleclothing@gmail.com within three days of receipt of goods. 

If you have a damaged item email us at anna.buywholesaleclothing@gmail.com within the week. Damages will always be refunded.

Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 5% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
