We have an easy refund policy for boutique owners as long as you reach us within three business days of receiving the productsÂ
To receive authorization please email anna.buywholesaleclothing@gmail.com within three days of receipt of goods.Â
If you have a damaged item email us at anna.buywholesaleclothing@gmail.com within the week. Damages will always be refunded.
Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 5% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
